Owned by the same former Slanted Door pastry chef behind nearby Sandbox Bakery, this sauna-looking Bernal Heights grab-n-go-ery slings Thai/Japanese/Mexican/American in cardboard bento boxes, with highlights like a deliciously redundant pork belly-wrapped pork tenderloin rotisserie with tomatillo sauce, and a crispy shrimp ball with plum sauce on a challah bun, but not a hollaback bun, because that tends to go better with B-A-N-A-N-A-S sauce.
