Dancing Pig BBQ

Opening tomorrow, this large-ish, mostly high-topped BBQery is Southern-ing up the Castro with bourbon-glazed pork belly, pork-stuffed peppers, and bacon-addable 'wiches like the jalapeno, creme fraiche, and jack-topped Guacamole Hero, which's no doubt trained in the art of Tae-kwon-avoca-do.
