Opening today on the first floor of the Renoir Hotel on Market, FoodLab's a new rotating-chefs-taurant from the dude behind Off The Grid, who's bringing in "A-list and up-and-coming" kitchen-minders/food truckers to do popups that'll last anywhere from one night to a whole month. First up's a lunch today and tomorrow from a San Rafael-based Puerto Rican toque doing up deliciousness like plantain chips (w/ tangy dipping sauce) and rotisserie pork ribs, plus fresh-squeezed limeade, but not Live Aid, because that would involve, ugh, Bono.
