Seattle

Helmed by a dude named... wait for it... Ken -- who learned old-school dishes from his mom/grandmother -- this mobile eatery is serving up traditional Haitian eats including a Creole fried-cod sandwich on a torta roll, and the pumpkin-based Soup Joumous, which was apparently a rare delicacy often eaten by slave owners until the Haitian Revolution, when they were the ones who got owned.
