Well too bad 'cause the new one at this Eastlake eatery only goes from 5-6p Sun-Thurs, but makes up for taking the whole hour thing literally by lacing you with $5 "chef's choice" plates created just for your finicky palate once the toque toppers have quizzed you on things like allergies/stuff you hate... besides short happy hours.
