Thrillist SeattleProving sliders are more than just a vehicle from which to dispense hilarious, pithy quips about Jerry O'Connell and that fat bearded dude traveling to a parallel universe where penicillin had not been invented, are the two dudes (one behind Rancho Bravo, the other the former owner of Bizzarro Italian) behind the slider-heavy, BBQ-inspired menu at Pinky's Kitchen, their new tent-equipped and technically-mobile-but-pretty-much-stationary dispenser of "pig 'n chips", which is also a short-lived spin-off in which Ponch and John compete over chubby women.

Sandwiches: The bare-bones menu boasts a somehow-better-than-Mc- Boneless Rib number, and five versions of the aforementioned Sliders, which can be topped w/ flavors ranging from grated cheese to pico de gallo, and include Brisket, Pulled Pork, and the smoked bologna-based Bolo Joe -- particularly good after you tie one on.
Sides: Additional deliciousness comes in the form of their signature Hot Fresh Potato Chips, coleslaw, a crispy-topped Mac 'n' Cheese, and crunchy Shoestring Onions, as opposed to Superstring onions, which, theoretically, would be exactly symmetrical no matter which dimension Jerry O'Connell ate them in, as he yet again botched a chance to make out with a pencillin-starved Sabrina Lloyd.
