Just opened above Lima, this Latin-Asian fusioner's got gleaming steel accents, countless glass chandeliers, and a split-level bar serving up fish from sashimi to black velvet Chilean sea bass. The drinks run decidedly Asian, though, with 'tails like the vodka/ yuzu/ Sauterne foam/ violet salt Eastern Promise, seven different beers (from breweries like Hitachino and Yoho), and seven sake styles including Taisetsu, which's brewed in an "ice dome", so don't be surprised by the brain freeze.
