With stone walls and a softly lit tree silhouette, Unum looks like nature would if God were just a bit sexier, and dishes rosemary gnocchi w/ oyster mushrooms & truffle butter, an Indian spiced lamb shank w/ a cilantro-mint chutney, and date-capping ricotta beignets w/ blueberries & cardamom sauce.
