Because people should judge a book by its cover, Faces lets you upload your photo, then lets others assign "first impressions" via a dropdown menu of adjectives, ranging from downers like bossy, not so smart, and arrogant, to positives like interesting, funny, and the semi-ambiguous "omg!". Once people do some rating, you'll get a breakdown of everyone's' judgments of you, though crowdsourcing's unnecessary to affirm you are indeed a vain, insecure loser for uploading your picture to the Internet so anonymous strangers can judge you.
