Oaktown's Elfster automates the Secret Santa process for you: tell it when/where and flow in contacts from your email, and it'll collect sign ups, randomize the drawing, facilitate anonymous questions between participants, and let them specify gifts they categorically don't want -- thereby torpedoing the traditional translation of "secret" as "cheap, and fruitcake".
