Cavaniola's Gourmet Kitchen

After opening an adjacent wine cellar last year, the vaunted cheese shop's at it again, with a gourmet to-go deli serving ever-changing dishes like roasted suckling pig, local striped sea bass & oysters, marinated lamb kabob, and braised miso sake-glazed beef short ribs, plus regular menu items like mac & cheese made with selections from the base operation, a frittata of the day, and a house meatloaf, which is neither of-the-day, nor Aday.

Almond's Fruit Cocktails

The Bridgehampton bistro's beefed up their alcoholic offerings with a cocktail menu that uses fresh fruit grown in its back garden's orchard: peaches, cherries, apricots and more, sliced, muddled and/or juiced to create the likes of the Apricot Sidecar Muddler, the Plum Sake Mojito, and a Peach Mint Julep sure to give you a nice fuzz.

T.B.D. (To Be Determined)

This pop-up on Southampton's historic Jobs Lane has Hamptons-exclusive light clothing from UNIS, A.P.C.'s Madras line, Save Khaki, and YMC, plus Zeiss-lensed sunglasses by Super, thin ties & fishhook cufflinks by Coto Luxe, and a selection of hand-made finless wooden surfboards. Oddly, the store's changing room is a canvas safari tent, just To Be Different.

Dine: Mezzaluna AMG

Mezzaluna AMG

After several delays, the Upper East Side stalwart's finally opened its Amagansett restaurant, a toned down, marble-walled, floor-to-ceiling windowed spot with a sizable patio, serving up old-school Italian like homemade black linguine w/ shrimp & spicy tomato sauce, veal Milanese, and Orecchiette con ragu di branzino, plus 17 pizzas (Bufalina, Stromboli, Funghi...) prepped in a wood-burning stove, and desserts including wild berry Mascarpone Panna Cotta and Semifreddo al Pistacchio -- not nearly as likely to betray your bowels as Freddo al Pistachio.
