Beginning on Sunday, the Classic will run 8:30 am to 5 pm daily through Aug. 30; General admission is $10 a day
Due to USEF calendar rotation, The Classic's coming to its 65-acre Hamptons showgrounds a week early, bringing horse & dog exhibitions, tables of picnic grub (dogs, burgers, coleslaw...), local beer (Southampton Public House) & wine (Wolfers Estate), and 100 vendors, including button-down shirtists Henley & Sloane, Montauk sandal-mavens Kai-Kai, and handmade silk tie experts Hamptons Handmade, whose locally themed nooses feature potato trucks, windmills, and the Big Duck National Historic Site -- a nickname Emilio Estevez is weirdly proud of.
