This casually upscale Thai hangout's added two instantly popular, weekend-only “pearl cocktails”: the Shinju Pearl (glass of champagne w/ pearls of orange liqueur) and a similar version of their pomegranate martini. The pearling process, developed at best-resto-in-the-world El Bulli, involves encapsulating the liqueur inside tiny gel balls, kind of like crunchy medicine caps -- or, considering your alco-holistic approach to health, exactly like crunchy medicine caps.
