On Sunday, this outdoor, tented bar's opening a full three and a half hours early to serve up $2 beers and $1 hot dogs, and encourage patrons to take part in possibly embarrassing games like promiscuously placing smiley face stickers on strangers with your tongue, or “beer pouring", which basically involves people dumping beers on each other -- affordable thanks to the discount, though if you're really cheap you might try "hot-dog pelting".
