Outfitted like a Kubrickian version of a Victorian mansion (revolving, circa-1924 piano, spiral staircase to nowhere), the Fourty Deuce guy's new bistro serves up the likes of Sole Meuniere Pommes a l'Anglaise, Steak Frites w/wilted spinach and thyme-scented fries, and a burger topped w/prosciutto, brie, and a fried egg (spiral staircase to the Great Nowhere).
