This new, intimate restaurant/lounge/club from some of the people behind LAX and Bolthouse Productions boasts food from the Cobras and Matadors guy (steak frites w/chive aioli; loup de mer w/haricot vert, dried tomatoes, picholine olives & cervil) in a space constructed to look like a NY loft, with walls of brick imported from an old Naval base and windows from Andy Warhol's Factory -- supporting the contention, "everyone's famous for 15 minutes, but fixtures are forever".
