Finding a mentor can be hard, though not nearly as hard as watching that mentor vanish in thin air during a fight with an evil overlord who turns out to be your dad AND the father of the girl you're trying to bang. But still, it's hard, so now there's MentorMob.
Just out of private beta, MM seeks to crowdsource the infinite wisdom of the Internet (while eschewing its infinite idiocy), creating curated "Playlists" designed to take users to the best online sources for tutelage in an ever-growing list of topics, none of which are Hot, because you already know how to smoke a clove. Upon signing up you'll be invited to select which "Mobs" you'd like to join, with options ranging from active pursuits (snowboarding, racquetball, golf), to activity inhibitors like grilling and home brewing, though at least the latter'll still leave you with hops. Playlists are populated by "cards" containing links to both articles and videos, arranged from beginner to expert, check-offable upon completion via a box declaring "I know this", though that's only, like, 5% of learning how to karaoke Spandau Ballet.
Users can create new mobs/playlists, or, if they find a portion of a playlist to be lacking, they can edit it Wiki-style, not to be confused with Wookie-style, which just RARGGHHHRAGHARRGHHH!!!
