From a dude whose parents clearly had an NFL-on-FOX pre-game show favorite, graphic novelist Terry Fan's eponymous shop covers all manner of awesome via Maurice Sendak-ish illustrated prints. TF's art-sterpieces tackle everything from Victorian Star Wars characters and not-surprisingly violent Care Bears, to super burgers and '80s arcade classics, each produced under the credo "art is a multi-faceted thing", wherein at least one facet is crippling nerd-dom. To wit:
Star Wars: Sextology homage-payers include the franchise's protocol droid rocking a three-piece suit in "Baron Von C3PO", a diagram of a frog evolving into Yoda, and a monochromatic depiction of a Vader helmet-shaped tree lit by a Death Star-esque moon, titled "Dark Side of the Forest", also where you'd likely find running (Roger) Waters.
Animals: Wildlife subject-ing prints include "Everyone Gets Cold" in which Bigfoot's traipsing through the woods wrapped in a hat & scarf; a grayscale piece that portrays two dapper birds playing golf; and a suit-clad brown bear standing in front of a nosediving bar graph in "Bear Market", aka what Paddington had owned for years until that mother f-ing Ruxpin came along.
Misc pop culture: You'll also find the plane from Lost about to crash, a cattle gun-toting Javier Bardem from No Country For Old Men, and a slew of Pac-Man characters hiding in an Addams Family house titled "Haunted By The '80s", also what FOX's pre-game show will be if they don't get rid of Jimmy Johnson in the next three years.
