A collection of colorful prints shaping the outline of each state (and Puerto Rico!) using food & bevs both common sense (MN = beer) and not (OR = spaghetti and meatballs), UPoA's the product of a "regular guy from Kansas" who's deep into World Cup soccer, Quiznos, drawing states out of food, and other "regular guy" stuff. A regional rundown:
New England: NH is formed by the steam rising from a cup of joe, CT's a "quick and easy microwave dinner", and MA is either cod or crab cakes (use your imagination) on a "lettuce bed", also what Shakespearean Butthead used to say when trying to get laid.
The South: Kentucky's a fried drumstick, GA's a brown bag spilling out fresh peaches, and Alabama's a half-eaten package of pink Hostess Sno Balls, making it somewhat surprising they haven't been to the Sugar Bowl in 30 years.
The Midwest: Iowa's
corn Twinkies, Nebraska's more corn a selection of fresh fruit, and his home state's a box of donuts, which makes sense, considering the notion that being a World Cup soccer fanatic in Middle America is "regular" has quite a few holes in it.
