This new Seatown-created app lets iPhone users discover tweets "within the context of a particular location". So say you're in Belltown trying on hats -- you can check out who else is tweeting from Belltown, read what they're saying (for example: "Hanging out at Spur, looking to make out with any dude who was just trying on hats"), and respond in kind, all without leaving the app.
