Because drinking from bottles is so whatever last year was, this just-opened lodge-like wine bar'll serve glasses of vino straight outta 18 massive barrels (all nabbed from local producers), but for those still partying like it's 2009, they'll also have a bottle program with 120 labels, small plates (Fatted Calf charcuterie, etc.), and eventually a glassed-in room with 100 lockers for wine club members, who'll enjoy a cozy interior featuring red leather bar seating and super modern geometric tables with white benches, just like Adolph Rupp.
