Smoke: Andre's Re-opening

In the Monte Carlo: 3770 Las Vegas Blvd; 702.798.7151

Vegas's original celeb-chefstaurant has re-opened after $2 million in turquoise-hued renovations, highlighted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, antiqued mirrors, and gold and blue mosaic tiles throughout the dining area and on into its vaunted Cigar Lounge, where the staff "professionally" pair cigars and Cognacs (so what, you're unprofessional for going to work and pairing Scotch with Pall Malls?).

Dress: Rock & Republic Boutique Opens at Encore

3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South; 702.770.7171

The edgy American lifestyle brand finally has its own boutique, an Encore hub for their signature denim, club-wear, and baller accessories, most outrageously a $6800 alligator fanny pack. The shop's conveniently opposite the nightclub XS -- and of course, when turned away for inappropriate dress, there's no better "how you like me now?" than the finest fanny pack money can buy.
