Brand Steakhouse

The new steakhouse from the Light Group (Bare, Jet) is part Big Texan, part ultralounge: oversized bone-in/bone-out slabs of beef (plus make-your-own surf-and-turf with King Crab, Jumbo Shrimp, and/or Maine Lobster Tail), served in a wide-open, moderned-up room with plush banquettes/booths and retractable glass windows looking out on the craps pit -- so when the gambling urge hits, you can hop through, slap Brand's signature 120oz porterhouse on a table, and let it ride.
