Craftsteak Halfsteak Menu

Tom Colicchio's bronze- & leather- bedecked, pricey dry-aged beef temple is offering up reduced-portion/price Angus skirt, hanger, and filet mignon steaks, plus the same for yellowfin tuna and beef short ribs, with two typically a-la-carte sides included (baby shiitake mushrooms, Yukon Gold potato puree, etc); an extra $5 nabs desserts like a hazelnut chocolate tart or crispy rice pudding w/ spiced pineapple, a.k.a., Snap, Crackle, Polynesian.
