A New Orleans native has brought authentic Cajun cooking to a Downtown LV loft-style cubbyhole: secretly spiced crab cakes, bronzed catfish and grits with andouille sausage & mushroom ragout, and po' boys (all made with French bread freshly flown in from N'awlins) including fried oyster, fried or blackened shrimp, and a Philly cheesesteak job, for that authentic Lou-Wiz-iana taste.
