The Aspen-based deli's brought its "health food sucks" attitude to Vegas, serving up mayo-happy, "skinny, regular, or fatty"-sized sandwiches like "The T-Bone" (roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheddar, horseradish), "The Trucker" (turkey, bacon, BBQ sauce, cheddar) and the corned beef/turkey/pastrami/Swiss "Olympian" -- so named because anyone who finishes it is immediately suspected of drug use.
