What was once just another circular casino bar has been souped up with chrome, Ferrari-red leather furniture and a red leather wall impressively studded with individual liquor bottles. One of the few places you can find a DJ-pumped dance floor without a cover, it's also the only place where drinks are served with flavored ice cubes (blueberry, pomegranate, etc) -- get caught sucking one, and it'll be you who turns Rouge.
