Jay-Z's defunct 40/40 Club could've been a magnificent sportsbook -- 70 HD big-screens, stadium-style couch seating, Strip-level patio living rooms, and VIP game rooms w/ tables of the foos and pool persuasion -- except you couldn't make bets there, and it was rarely open except for nighttime parties. Now the Palazzo's rededicated the 24,000sq ft space to day-and-night watching/wagering, with five new betting windows that'll take action on everything this side of the over/under on the Atlantic City 40/40 going bust.
