The Luxor's latest is 8000sq ft of aluminum-walled, skeleton-bedecked haute-sombrero, rocking a massive, 65x25ft mural of a lady bullfighter, and serving classic Ameri-mex (nachos, tamales, enchiladas), plus nuevo tacos filled with the likes of lobster & Kobe beef. Marrying food and booze: a ceviche "flight" with tuna, mahi mahi, and shrimp paired with shots of 100% agave love, and "Tequila Temptresses" who push around a cart to match whatever you're eating with one of 70 varieties on hand -- all of which will nicely compliment "more tequila".
