Marrying food and booze: a ceviche "flight" with tuna, mahi mahi, and shrimp paired with shots of 100% agave love, and "Tequila Temptresses" who push around a cart to match whatever you're eating with one of 70 varieties on hand -- all of which will nicely compliment "more tequila".
