Slowly shuffling into The Capital for a potentially free (see below) lunch today & tomorrow, this food truck will literally serve you braaains, in that the menu's made up almost entirely of veal-noggin, in the form of brain burgers, "crispy brain dippers", chunks of brain w/ BBQ sauce, and "thyroid nuggets".
