Wokcano Long Beach

The newest location of this midprice sushi-and-more minichain's a two-story, 14,000sqft behemoth, with river-rock and flagstone walls, two patios, and a private karaoke room. The menu reps standard sushi, cooked entrees (hibachi filet mignon), the chain's wacky signature dishes (Doritos w/ spicy tuna/cucumber/avocado dip), and, for the first time, Benihana-style teppanyaki, w/ options like calamari steak, diver scallop, and sesame chicken available until 2am, and 4 on weekends, to cater to Long Beach's booming latenight scene.
