Eat: Rock 'N Fish

Rock 'N Fish

The Manhattan Beach seafood & steak institution's second location's a patio'd, two-story bistro w/ oyster bar and expanded wine list. The menu mirrors the original, including giant coconut prawns w/ pineapple beurre blanc, and a surf 'n turf w/ fillet and Australian cold water lobster tail, as well as signature drinks from the rock-poster-covered bar, like the two-rums-and-tropical-juice Navy Grog and the house-made, shrimp-garnished Fireworks Bloody -- if you can't handle the heat, pretend you're allergic to shrimp and enjoy a brisk ride to the hospital before the bill arrives.

Choose Chinatown/Cheap Monday Popup Shop

Gorge: 20¢ Tacos at Wahoo's

20¢ Tacos at Wahoo's

The original location of this sticker-laden franchise's celebrating its 20th anniversary with TBA giveaways, pro skateboarders, and ultra-cheap fish tacos for five hours, after which they'll once again be $2.42, and you once again won't remotely care about anything involving professional skateboarding.
