A 40-seat semi-private room hidden in the back of The Bazaar, Saam's pimped like a rich dude's study with leather upholstery, Murano light fixtures, and bookshelved walls. The menu's a constantly changing prix-fixe, with 20+ bite-sized courses, many unavailable at The Bazaar, including salmon roe/creme fraiche "Bagels & Lox" cones, truffle/Kobe/foie gras tournedos rossini, and "Olive Oil Bon Bons" -- olive oil encased in a gelatinous sphere w/ sugar & balsamic, basically a poppable shot of salad dressing, less likely to scare away your date then slamming a takeout pack of Hidden Valley.
