Lebowski Fest

This two-day celebration of all things Dude is back after a nearly two-year local hiatus; Thursday night's a screening of the flick at the 2200-seat Wiltern and a performance from 8-year old Japanese guitar prodigy Yuto Miyazawa ("Eight year olds, Dude..."), while Friday night's got a bowling party w/ cheap MGDs and White Russians, complete with costume and trivia contests. To placate die-hards, both days'll feature appearances from Lebowski-related "celebrities", like the guy who played Little Larry Sellers, and the Ralph's Checkout Girl, who'll apparently accept a check for anything.
