Barbrix

This new neighborhood-casual winestaurant from the La Terza guy is pouring vino from Italy to Croatia, plus specialty international suds like the wheaty Irish Curim Gold and the hoppy Grimbergen Blonde. Food's small plates like monkfish w/ chorizo, and chickpeas/wild boar sausage w/ bean ragu; there're also cheeses ranging from Spain's lightly-smoked sheep's milk Idizabal to Cali's own Bermuda Triangle -- a goat milk curd that, when your date goes to powder her nose, will mysteriously disappear.
