From an unlikely entrepreneurial duo of lawyers-turned-restaurateurs, Stout's a beer-and-burgers gastropub (open 'til 4am Fri and Sat) with a circular, central brick-and-cedar bar, serving up 30+ brews on tap (North Coast Brother Thelonious; Racer 5 IPA, etc) as well as 11 different beef/chicken/veggie burgers, including cow-centric options like the "Stout Burger" (Gorgonzola, Gruyere, rosemary bacon, caramelized onion, horseradish cream); the crisp parmesano/smoked mozzerella/crispy prosciutto/roasted tomato/pesto "Goombah," and a seven itemed "Scarlet Navel," which you should've just kept clean, but now you have to see the doctor.
