This Vietnamese grub slingin' truck's been on a commitment-phobic roll for the last week, but's finally settling down tonight in Venice, where they'll be serving up lemongrass chicken tacos, shrimp spring rolls, and traditionally prepared option-loaded Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches, including BBQ pork, grilled pork, and the "Deli Special" -- Vietnamese ham, pork meatloaf, and head cheese, which'll taste a lot better if we just stop the joke right here.
