Potato Chips

This new sammich shop from the Church & State guy's purely old-school in everything from decor (wood deli counter/tables, tiled floor, etc) to its simple menu, composed of five gourmet-ified classic subs, including rosemary ham (w/ butter, radishes, dijon), prosciutto (w/ buffalo mozzarella, basil, and olive oil), and an Italian topped with a slew of imported soprasata, capicola, salami, and mortadella. They've also got a small market section with mostly-Spanish wines, a small selection of beers (Boddingtons/Bohemia/Sapporo/etc), and, of course, chips, so no one's asking what's utz with the name.
