Any long-term venture will have costly ramp-up periods during which you've got to make money any way you can -- like having your band play small bar mitzvahs until you make it big, and do massive bar mitzvahs. To take sweet advantage of someone else's ramp-up period, hit Bar 330.

In the former (and still dramatic) Rumi/O Asian Grill space, Bar 330's slated to be revamped into a different brand of swanky club in a few months, but in the meantime the owner's improvised a pop-up bar where both drinks and sushi rolls cost only as much as the spot's street address, or $3.30 a pop (laments the owner: “Damn, I wish our address was 530 Lincoln Rd”). Staples like spicy tuna, Cali, and shrimp tempura will all be available at the cheapo price, though you can spring for higher-end stuff like yellowtail sashimi; meanwhile, Cuervo, Smirnoff, Mount Gay, and the like will be available for shots, mixed drinks, and standard club cocktails like margaritas and Long Islands (requests for muddled mango w/ lychee foam will get you redirected to a pricier address up the street). They're also strongly encouraging booze companies to enter the fleeting melee, hopefully resulting in a super-excellent Wild West of shot-wrangling liquor-promotion girls.
The hitch: booze prices pop back up to “normal” ($8-$10) after midnight, which is probably fine, since any more cheap drinks might have made your night a short-term venture.
