Beloved in Broward and now making moves in Dade, ACFP uses 800-degree anthracite-coal-burning ovens to produce a simple menu with eats like oven-roasted chicken wings w/ caramelized onions, and 'za variations like the Frittata (pepper, onion, egg), the Philly Cheesesteak, and the Paul & Young Ron (hot & sweet peppers, ricotta, sausage, baby meatballs); they'll also let you pick your own toppings, which include Italian sausage, prosciutto, pepperoni, and long hot finger peppers -- eat too many and prepare for long hot trips to the men's room.
