Bliss Burger Bistro (now closed)

With a warm, updated bistro feel, Bliss offers over-the-top haute burgers paired with craft brews, like the Truffle Bliss with black truffle mayo, melted Parm, and caramelized bacon & onions (mated to Brooklyn Lager); the Twenty Six, topped with crispy Tabasco onions, smokey tomato relish, cheddar, and beef short rib that's been braised for 26 hours in red wine and veal reduction (paired with Belle's Amber Ale); and alongside Abita Purple Haze, one topped with Swiss, a fried egg, and confit of port belly cooked in fat called the Little Piggy, which guarantee you're incapable of running all the way home.
