Meals're structured to stay under 1600 calories/day, and pretty much everything's organic, low fat, full of complex carbs, and high in protein/fiber; breakfasts include multi-grain pancakes with egg whites, turkey breakfast links, and cilantro/tomato salsa, while lunch delivers options like stuffed tilapia with lump crab meat & French beans, and pan-seared petite tranche of Atlantic salmon with veggies and brown rice dusted with sea weed, because the regular kind would make you eat all three meals at once.
