Delishe Meal Plan

No matter how badly you say you want to, there're a million reasons to not eat healthy: food shopping is annoying, cooking is worse, and when you get shot down, you can no longer blame it on being fat. For a home-delivery meal plan that takes away all but the most cruelly revlealing of those excuses (the fat one), get Delishe.

From personal chef David Whyko, the CIA-trained grub guru for such fancy eaters as Lenny Kravitz and Steven Tyler, Delishe is a lean, mean, fat-reducing machine of a meal plan delivered daily to your home/office for easy microwavin'; just hop online and select the goods from a weekly menu that changes with what's fresh -- so the only thing available year-round is "Doug E". Meals're structured to stay under 1600 calories/day, and pretty much everything's organic, low fat, full of complex carbs, and high in protein/fiber; breakfasts include multi-grain pancakes with egg whites, turkey breakfast links, and cilantro/tomato salsa, while lunch delivers options like stuffed tilapia with lump crab meat & French beans, and pan-seared petite tranche of Atlantic salmon with veggies and brown rice dusted with sea weed, because the regular kind would make you eat all three meals at once. Dinners include grilled tuna with rosemary tomatoes & herbed crispy sweet potatoes; pasta primavera with fresh tomato basil sauce & lean turkey; and tofu macaroni salad, grilled Jamaican chicken wings, and shredded mango, which the wings will refer to as "mon-go".

Whyko also does private catering for events of up to 100 people with a menu featuring more fat-friendly stuff like truffled mac & cheese, char-grilled Thai curried steak, balsamic-glazed sirloin with horseradish cream, and orange balsamic loin of pork with roasted whole shallots --an excellent choice, because even if you're thin, you can blame your down-in-flames-ness on your breath.
