Thrillist MiamiFollowing its similar spots in Europe and the Mideast, the dance record label Hed Kandi has opened a couch-strewn Miami "gastro-lounge" (glounge?) in which DJs will spin Kandi's own down-tempo electronic music while diners do bottle service and super-futuristic "molecular gastronomy", e.g.: lump crab cake topped w/ capsules of pink aioli, lemon-wasabi foam, and mini-rice crispies -- finally small enough that the elves themselves can eat them.
