From the Skybar/Florida Room team, Sunset offers fine fusion grub and a Brazil-intensive bar with nearly 50 cachacas, a fruit stand-like selection of infused caipirinhas like lychee-elderflower, ginger-pear, and peach-lemongrass. There's also a lobby bar, and an outdoor area with curtains of foliage and a tented adult sandbox -- though you really don't want sand associated with any activity termed "adult".
