On the waterfront of Bayside, Argentinian-couple-run Ham's committing to the "slow food" concept of local, mostly organic eats, crafting never-frozen 1/4 and 1/2-pound Angus burgers with add-ons like cheese (cheddar, mozz, Gorg), garden eats (caramelized onions, pineapple, avocado, portobello 'shrooms), and deli goods like bacon, prosciutto, hard boiled eggs, and anchovies, which you should probably skip, unless you want Patrick Dempsey to do it to you even slower.
