This surprisingly quaint (for Washington Ave) French spot offers apps like Charlotte avocado w/ shrimp (marinated shrimp with spicy guac & spring salad), crepes like minced beef with grated cheese and 'shrooms, entrees including Farmer Steak (with pepper or blue cheese sauce) and Tilapia Vierge sauteed with virgin sauce (tomatoes, olives, lime, cilantro, yellow peppers), and even a special weekly tart, which is probably less virgin than the sauce.
