After a year's closure, S&W reopens their newly dubbed "Waterfront Patio" with an updated bar menu (oysters Rockefeller, Buffalo chicken flatbread) and a Deco-ish re-design: the bar, made of textured blue-backlit glass blocks, has an LED'd color-changing bar-top, while the freshly cobbled lower walkway and table area puts you nearly amongst the rocks of Government Cut -- so close, you can smell the shuffleboard.
