Designed for show-goers but open to all, UB's $37 three-course prix fixe includes app options like duck confit ravioli w/ a roasted garlic cream sauce and coconut & green curry soup w/ rock shrimp and fried wonton noodles; entrees including braised short rib w/ dragon fruit & Thai chili preserve, and ancho-glazed grouper w/ cucumber salsa & blue cornbread; and desserts like triple-layered, triple-flavored chocolate-covered cheesecake, which itself will be the garnish on your triple chin.
