Just right now unveiled in the Hub by two buddies once forced to live together in a double-wide because they couldn't find an apt and apparently knew where to find a double-wide, Lovely's a rental search site that maps real-time listings and was designed to help you "save time and get the edge", though that dude can really only help you find a place in Red Hill Mining Town.
How's it work?
After auto-scraping Craigslist/ relevant real estate sites (and refreshing every minute!), it then populates a Gmap using color-coded pins to indicate the freshest listings.
But what if I don't want a basement studio in Winthrop?
Then you're going to miss out on the close proximity to Gary's Crystal Grove Grill & Seafood, but if that's what you want, just type in the city/ hood you do wish to inhabit and filter by beds, rent, etc. From there you can spy photos, amenities, and relevant deets, as well as see how many times the place has been viewed.
What if I don't see anything I like?
Not to worry. Choose "Get Alerts", select a three-bedroom in Lynn or another totally hot search criteria, and Lovely'll email you listings that match either daily, twice daily, or as they come in.
Ok, so maybe Winthrop is kind of sweet. How do I see this place by Gary's Crystal Grove Grill?
Not only can you email the landlord/ rental agency directly but you can also attempt to impress said 'lord by attaching a pre-written renter resume (complete with residence history, employer, contact info, etc.) that highlights the Sweetest Things about you as a tenant.
