iBar's new Microsoft Surface stations are bringing barroom seduction into the terrifyingly geeky future: six interactive, interlinked tables resembling giant iPhones (supposedly the largest multitouch touch screens anywhere), outfitted with eight highly social applications such as Flirt (think Yahoo Messenger + vid-conferencing), Mixology (for concocting your own drinks, and sending them to other tables), and Hip-notic (trading popular online vids). Just remember, there is a filter to block out the dirty -- the price you pay when Bill Gates is your wingman.
